Overview

Techsauce Global Summit is one of the largest tech conferences in South East Asia featuring thousands of startups, investors, and tech enthusiasts from around the world. The event helps to accelerate technology entrepreneurs to the global stage by connecting them to quality investors, venture capitalists, and corporations. We’re honoured to work with Techsauce to facilitate top-level matchmaking solutions since 2017.

Techsauce Global Summit features Deeptech, e-Commerce, AI, Fintech, Blockchain, Cleantech, and more

Objective

For the 2019 edition, Jublia was tasked to provide structured business matching between startups, corporations and investors with the purpose of raising equity, optimising supply-chains and utilising synergies through partnerships. Because Techsauce Global Summit features a wide variety of technology sub-categories, it’s the perfect place for high-quality networking.

Solution: Match 360°

We powered the event with Jublia’s award-winning end-to-end business matching solution, Match 360°. With just a handful of staff on-site, over 400 meetings were managed from Jublia’s CRM — that’s efficiency! In terms of attendee engagement, it is safe to say that Techsauce leveraged Match 360° to its full potential with above-average KPIs across the board. These are some highlights from the 3-week campaign period:

    We experienced good user adoption of the Match 360° Web App platform. Over 60%.
  2. Meeting Potential
    There were over 4,000 meeting requests sent, showcasing the immense interest for top-level matchmaking.
  3. Platform Activity
    Over the three week period, we experienced over 7,000 platform visits and more than 13,000 profile views.
  4. Meeting Performance
    We facilitated over 400 1-to-1 meetings. 70% of the meetings were rated as highly satisfied.
  5. Net Promoter Score (NPS)
    Techsauce achieved a great NPS score of over 30% — indicating that attendees of TechnSauce are more than satisfied, congratulations!
  6. Customer Satisfaction (CSat)
    Jublia’s matchmaking solution achieved an average CSat score of 4/5, validating our efforts and the technology user experience.
