Jublia is highly appreciative to MACEOS for giving us a chance to partake in their annual flagship forum, which addresses the business events crowd in knowledge sharing. The keynote kicked off with the emphasis of storytelling to capture the hearts and minds of event stakeholders.
Jublia contributed to the event with a 15 minutes presentation on the subject of “Customer Science” and how it has been a fundamental factor in the success of Jublia. We shared on this topic because we believe that organisers, venue owners and service providers can all tap on “customer science” to further drive their business.
This was indeed useful and a number of delegates approached us after the talk to find out more about “Customer Science” and shared on the few initiatives that they have adopted in their companies.
MACEOS was kind enough to provide us a booth too (with the scenic backdrop!), to share more with the audience on Jublia’s technology. We are also glad that we were able to meet many of our Malaysian clients and prospects at the event to keep them updated on our ever evolving technologies.
