There have never been better networking opportunities other than meeting each other in person and having a direct talk. From April 26 to 28, HD Expo+Conference was held in Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, where all designs and hospitality enthusiasts gathered to experience new products, engage in meaningful conversations, and have strategic networking.

All-in-One Platform Tailored to the Event’s Need

During the 3 days of the tradeshow, more than 5,000 designers, architects, brand executives, purchasers, developers,  and other attendees from 36 countries gathered together. Behind the impressive numbers, planning this big event posed a particular challenge: how to cater to a conference, expo, and hosted buyer program through an all-in-one platform.

We at Jublia leveraged our decade of experience to tailor the best solution for a successful event. We are aware that in live events, ensuring attendees have an authentic experience is important. Our AI-powered matchmaking solutions helped drive engagement across the event.

Initially, one of the biggest concerns was how to reach and engage all registration types, and provide enough education on how to use this new platform. Our highly flexible and adaptable platform helped attendees and exhibitors alike gain the most out of their event attendance by making it easy to schedule product demos, arrange 1 on 1 meetings, or find networking and learning sessions.

Along with the excitement of going back onsite, there come the hassles. Going to the event venue without sufficient preparation will only result in exhaustion, going through pointless meetings, and spending most of the time finding the right direction.

Jublia helped ensure attendees' convenience as they navigated through the event onsite with our super Branded Native App. We specially created the event app to cater to the various needs of the stakeholders. An event app works as a digital co-pilot that assist attendees in their smart event discovery.

They were able to arrange 1 on 1 meetings, bookmark sessions they were interested in, and schedule agenda for the day. All of those could be done in advance, days before the actual event started. It granted attendees the privilege to plan for their day effectively.

The incorporated floorplan helped attendees find their way to the booths and meeting location when they arrived at the venue. Beyond dispatching our digital solutions, our crew also arrived onsite to walk around the venue, gather feedback from the exhibitors, and join the board meeting with the key stakeholders.

Effective and Meaningful 1 on 1 Meeting at a Dedicated Lounge

The 2022 HD Expo+Conference was not just a tradeshow or exhibition — it was a good place for networking. Going beyond the usual meeting at the exhibitor booths, the organizer provided a dedicated lounge for exhibitors and attendees to meet, that way ensuring the meeting truly happened between two parties.

The dedicated meeting lounge allowed the organizer to track down the meetings that occurred throughout the event, which in turn enabled them to gain valuable insight about the meetings.

Enhanced Engagement Started from the Very Beginning

HD Expo + Conference showed impressive engagement during the event. It didn't happen overnight, but started weeks before the actual event itself, once again stressing the importance of pre-event engagement.

Jublia’s AI-powered matchmaking worked fabulously in processing the data provided by attendees, exhibitors, and buyers during the registration process and turned them into excellent personalized recommendations. By curating the attendees’ profiles with our algorithm, they were able to send more meeting requests without actually taking time to search for the perfect matches.
