Being a product focused company, we are always looking to innovate our product for a simple and smart experience. After sieving through countless comments and feedback about Match and better understanding of the data points on how different users use our app, we are proud to present the fourth generation of Jublia MATCH App.
Here are 4 reasons, why this is the best MATCH App yet.
We noticed that no matter the size of your event, what attendees really want is to reach out to the most relevant leads. A visual re-design of MATCH was made to deliver an intuitive and singular focus for users to get to their intended prospects in the fastest way possible. We also improved our backend algorithm that saw a 5x speed improvement on search while filtering through a limitless number of attributes (as much as organisers can provide).
We are now working very closely with organisers to add on just the right type of attributes and data for search and profiling of their attendees so as not to fall into the two extremes: 1) Overwhelm users with too many search attributes or 2) Disallow users to find suitable prospects due to insufficient data.
Our data shows that most users are comfortable with using a web app to arrange their business meetings, whether it is on the desktop or on their phone/tablet. However, our user studies show some power users want to access the platform like a native app. Thus, we have made it a point to deliver a mobile-first experience for users and most importantly, for users who wants the app on their phone, they can easily install it as an app*.
Now, Match officially supports the preferred platform for each user, be it native or via web, with the same set of business matching features.
*That being said, we are not a fully featured event app. At Jublia, we are highly focused in delivering the best 1–1 meetings at events and Match is designed to be centered around business matching.
We looked at how meetings were scheduled, rescheduled and cancelled and acted on users suggestions on how this can be made better. In this new Match, we designed a unified meetings list for users to manage the rescheduling and cancellation of meetings. We also made it much easier to view a profile, and then act on it. Profiles are made even smarter by an upgraded contextual engine which provide the required information for users to act on a request.
We have also added a new setting where users can now set their notification preference on whether if they would like to receive immediate, summary or disable the updates on their meetings
A human approach to 1–1 meetings is one of our core beliefs.
We have pored through our different emails and looked at the different follow ups we do with the end users and improved on the things that works while eliminating the ones that do not. This is ultimately geared towards providing a top-tier concierge service to the users and in turn, driving the best results for their meetings.

I personally am really excited about this new Match. It truly exemplifies what Jublia is about: getting anyone in an event to his/her most relevant leads in the easiest way possible while not locking up ourselves on any platforms. Our almost obsessive focus on measuring usage sentiments have allowed us to continuously evolve our solutions to what users need, not want.
This new Match is truly a new milestone for Jublia so do drop us an email for a in-depth demo on how this can be used for your exhibition, conference, hosted buyers programme, specialised 1–1 meetings and more.
Match will be officially rolled out for events that is launched after today.
