CAREhab-SRC 2020 is a virtual collaborative platform that brings together over 1,000 healthcare professionals, to engage in continuous conversations on advancing medical practices and developing patient-centric solutions. We are extremely happy to have partnered SingEx Exhibitions in providing one of the region’s first successful fully virtual event.
Jublia powered the event’s CAREhab Connect feature. An entire end-to-end business matchmaking experience that recommends attendees to connect with based on indicated interests.
This was a big draw that enabled participants to meet with like-minded peers at their convenience, maximising the attendees’ ROI from their digital participation. Coupled with the event’s content streaming platform, attendees enjoyed a seamless interaction that encompassed both networking and content discovery. Moreover, both Jublia and SingEx Exhibitions successfully collaborated to achieve one of the highest audience engagement results for the brand (the user adoption was over 90%).
Against the backdrop of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic, the decision to go fully online was made by SingEx Exhibitions and the Society of Rehabilitation Medicine Singapore (SRMS), co-organisers of the event to ensure the well-being and safety of all delegates and attendees, speakers, exhibitors and partners.
Jublia needed to support this direction by providing a platform that allowed attendees to arrange secure 1-to-1 meetings with each other, as easily as possible. Match Virtual was the best option forward because it supported its own proprietary 1-to-1 video meeting function as well as a robust audience engagement campaign process. Here are some of top result statistics that we’ve collected in real-time.
1. User Adoption
We experienced a very high user adoption rate for CAREhab-SRC 2020 of over 90%. This was a 30% increase from the previous year and we expect more active users for many more Virtual Events to come.
2. Meeting Potential
The event received over 1,500 meeting requests which was a big testament to the networking appetite of Virtual Attendees. These results have given us the confidence to explore programs for monetising business matchmaking.
3. Platform Activity
The entire campaign ran for 5 weeks, during which, we facilitated over 3,500 platform visits that garnered over 3,000 profile views. These were typical results achieve through a well-oiled audience engagement process.
4. Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Part of our service includes the calculation of NPS. Despite initial concerns and uncertainly over a lacklustre online participation, we were elated to see a positive NPS score of over 20%, a sizeable increase from the previous year.
