At the end of August, Jublia, in partnership with EventRegist, became the official tech provider for BACKSTAGE Japan 2024. This year’s event, held on 29 August 2024 at Toranomon Hills, marked the 8th edition since its inception in 2016.
BACKSTAGE Japan has consistently focused on facilitating networking among event stakeholders, offering opportunities for collaboration, and enhancing their overall experience through cutting-edge digital platforms. This year’s collaboration further emphasized the event’s commitment to leveraging technology to drive meaningful connections and maximize the value for all participants.
Jublia's tailored solutions were integral to meeting the event’s unique requirements. Jublia and EventRegist data are seamlessly integrated, so if attendees purchase a ticket to attend through EventRegist and indicate their desire to use Jublia, they do not need to go through the registration process again when using Jublia. Our partnership with EventRegist is already fully integrated, ensuring that any future projects we collaborate on can immediately leverage our combined expertise without the need for additional setup.
Designed with the event’s educational focus in mind, the app also facilitated session management, ensuring that stakeholders could easily access and engage with key content. BACKSTAGE recorded a total of 6,762 impressions and 358 session views of their agenda, reflecting strong engagement from attendees. The event also achieved 3.8 CSAT score, indicating a high level of attendee satisfaction. These metrics underscore the success of the event in meeting its goals of facilitating networking, providing valuable opportunities, and enhancing the overall experience through effective use of digital platforms.
