‘Change is constant’

A concept that event professionals are all too familiar with (especially in recent climate), main event formats have radically shifted from physical to virtual within a year.

In time, we would again face changes in the way we meet, and recent trends point us towards hybrid functions; extensive usage of virtual infrastructures have made them more hybrid-ready than ever, and certain countries now have the capability to host domestic or even regional in-person events with safety regulations set in place.

On our end, we too are excited to deliver what Jublia have been known for; our hybrid offerings are well-suited for the shift back to live climates, and the Hybrid Series intends to inform you about the changes we have in store for the return of physical functions. Jublia’s latest addition to Content 360° thus aids that ideology: our picture-in-picture function enables you to continue watching a minimised version of your favourite sessions and presentations while you go about your day on our engagement platform. While this feature is certainly not new even in the event tech sphere, we have designed it from the ground up after studying the existing shortcomings of other providers with this feature.

AI Driven Maps


Attendees can now conveniently access the event’s floor plans and maps on our web platform, enabling them to find their way through rows of exhibition booths and other meeting venues. These maps are supplied by the organisers themselves, who can update them whenever the need arises, providing an unparalleled level of flexibility as compared to physical means.


This addition to the web platform synergises well with our product ideology of unifying all of our solutions with a deep multi-channel approach: the simple maps on the web platform empowers attendees with knowledge and the ability to plan out their days ahead, while feature-rich maps on our native app can optimise the way attendees navigate and use their few hours during the show.
