With the 2019-nCoV spreading globally, we understand that events based in China are undergoing huge challenges.

Our hearts go out to everyone who has been affected, especially Chinese organisers who are experiencing an insurmountable challenge to postpone or cancel their shows amidst the widespread fear and the prevention of public assembly and gathering of people at exhibition venues.

Our business isn’t immune to these external forces either and we had to make tough joint decisions to cease operations with our event partners for a number of projects despite the tireless investment of time and resource in the months preceding. Everyone has to do their part to ease the situation, and Jublia would like to do the same to make the current situation better.

We have rapidly iterated our end-to-end business matching platform to support virtual meet ups. Our aim is simple. We want to do our part to help our event organisers partners create continuous value for their customer, despite cancellation/postponement of their shows. Basically, attendees would be able to connect with each other online instead of physically meeting up.

Jublia want to offer (on a pure goodwill basis) the full suite of our award winning business matching services that has been re-engineered to support connections online for free. This offer will only be extended to events based in China who had to abruptly cancel or postpone their events between Feb 2020 to Mar 2020. There are no hidden charges to this initiative, it is purely our wish to give back during trying times to the industry that we love.

The objective of this initiative will be to:

  1. To lessen the impact faced by event organisers in China with an online solution that partially augments the event experience online for exhibitors and attendees who have commited to your event.
  2. To facilitate relevant attendee engagement which would allow for continued value creation to buyers, sellers, delegates, visitors and sponsors.
  3. To keep event organisers in the loop of actionable insights and business intelligence gleaned through search trends with interaction analytics.
  4. To (as much as possible) prevent lost of business dealings and transaction that take place on the trade floor or at events physically.
  5. To allow committed international attendees who are unable to attend the events, to continue engaging with your exhibitors.

Ultimately, we sincerely believe that event organisers will adapt to these challenges and bounce back very swiftly once the situation is under control. This hurdle is temporary and during this intermediary time, let us partner you to make the situation better.

2020年1月30日- 随着2019新型冠状病毒在全球范围内的传播,为了防止大量公众聚集而导致肺炎疫情蔓延,JUBLIA得知即将在中国举办的大型聚众活动都面临着取消或延迟的风险。展会主办方们,特别是中国的展会主办方们,需要做出艰难的决定,推迟甚至取消他们辛苦筹备了很久的展会。

面对这样的不可抗力,作为会展行业的一员,我们十分同情所有受到影响的人们,我们不得不和我们的合作伙伴们一起做出决定,暂停一些耗费大量时间与资源的项目。疫情当前,全民作战,JUBLIA也想为正处困难时期的中国展会主办方们尽自己的一份力。

JUBLIA决定为受影响的展商免费提供其曾多次获奖的核心产品-商务匹配平台,并通过重新设计,来支持展商和观众之间的在线配对和沟通。

为了解决展商和观众不能到现场参展的问题,我们快速迭代了我们的商务匹配平台来满足当下的需求。迭代后的商务匹配平台可以充分支持展商和观众在线上进行1对1的会面和沟通。我们的目的很简单:尽自己的绵薄之力帮助展会主办方们最大程度降低损失。

在2020年2月1日至2020年3月31日期间面临展会取消或推迟的展会主办方们均可获得此次捐助。JUBLIA承诺,本次捐助不含任何隐藏的费用,纯粹希望给我们热爱的会展行业在困难时期贡献自己的一份力量。

我们希望通过本次捐助能做到:
1. 帮助已经决定参展的展商和观众可以通过使用在线配对解决方案,尽量弥补不能去现场参展而带来的损失,这样可以大大缓解展会取消或延迟给展会主办方们带来的压力。
2. 通过在线上促进展会出席人员之间的参与度,持续为买家、卖家、代表、访客和赞助商创造价值。
3. 通过配套的数据分析系统,让展会主办方们洞悉所有出席人员的行为并做出基于数据的决策。
4. 最大程度让原本只在展会现场发生的合作和交易在线上发生。
5. 允许已经登记但是无法参加展会的国际买家们,通过线上配对平台与展商们进行交流沟通。

最后,我们相信,一旦疫情得到控制,展会主办方们将马上恢复正常运营。困难只是暂时的,在这个特殊时期,让我们齐心协力,共克时艰。
