The world is finally opening up after the extraordinary circumstances brought on by global health challenges.
This news is especially welcomed by event industries as an opportunity to shift back onsite. Among the first is the World Future Energy Summit, which was held earlier this year from 17 to 19 January. Government, business leaders, and exhibitors gathered in Abu Dhabi to explore opportunities to accelerate clean energy and sustainability development across the Middle East and North Africa.
The event provided exhibitors and visitors with excellent networking opportunities with expert professionals and global companies to discuss practical and sustainable solutions for future energy challenges. They were able to share concerns and interests to reach agreements and make continuous progress together.
In addition to the focus on future energy and sustainability challenges and solutions, planning for the event itself is no less challenging.
During the three days that the event took place, over 13,800 registered attendees had the chance to come together and explore opportunities for business, innovation, and knowledge exchange. Hosting a worldwide audience of attendees and exhibitors is good, however, adding a high level of engagement is what makes an event experience truly great.
Engagement is one of the most critical metrics to define events’ success. During the global health challenges faced, organizers are forced to pay more attention to virtual engagement. Chances are, they will find onsite engagement more challenging to manage. In a way, this is not wrong. Navigating through a vast venue to find specific products or solutions can prove more complex than scrolling through virtual booths and sessions.
Thus, the ever-challenging enhanced engagement is a primary need in conducting onsite events.
We at Jublia never back down from challenges. Our highly flexible and adaptable platforms are tailored to our client’s needs in our commitment to bringing their event to success.
As one of the first events that switched back onsite, we paid more attention to matchmaking and engagement with Jublia’s AI Engagement Hub. Our holistic connected analytics helped level up their engagement and provide measurement metrics across the product ecosystem and attendees’ ROIs for the organizer.
The efficacy of our solutions is proven by the number of conversations and meetings that occurred throughout the events.
Deyan Raykov, Senior Marketing Manager from the organizer shared his experience planning the event with Jublia.
“Jublia’s solutions can help tackle the challenges of planning big events. The organizer’s responsibility is to ensure that all attendees and exhibitors from all over the world can come together to meet, network, and explore innovation. Jublia provides holistic solutions that allow organizers to create engaging and meaningful events by enabling hybrid networking opportunities that enhance the event experience.”
One of the keys to a successful event is to enable attendees to optimize their time spent onsite to make the most of what the event has to offer.
The World Future Energy Summit mobile event app powered by Jublia helped attendees to schedule their meetings more conveniently, making their participation at the event advantageous. Our Event Branded App created a flexible and adaptable digital fabric ecosystem that ensured the event ran smoothly.
The app itself is tailored and customized to adjust the event’s needs, thus making it highly efficient for every stakeholder involved.
This is aligned with our belief that an event app plays a significant role in the attendees’ engagement. The mobile apps did more than just smoothen the event experience for attendees and exhibitors; they also helped them navigate through the event in literal meaning.
The incorporated floor plan made sure attendees were not lost in the venue and cut them some time to go to the booths they searched for. This worked hand in hand with onsite meetings at the booth, providing a fuss-free experience for attendees to locate meeting locations.
There were no issues raised during the event, resulting in both attendees’ and exhibitors’ satisfaction. Here are what energy experts and enthusiasts said regarding the event:
Bahrain Petroleum Company — The World Future Energy Summit is the best event in its field, I visited the event three times in 2016, 2017, and 2022 because I’m sure that I will find new things every time.
Oman Water Society — A great event where you meet experts in energy and water and learn new technologies. You also have a chance to listen to many experts on their achievements in different technologies.
Saudi Aramco — It is the right place to shape our industry’s future energy.
K-Electric Pakistan — Excellent work by organizers.
We are proud to be a part of the ongoing innovations of sustainable energy through World Future Energy Summit 2022 and as importantly deploying our solutions yet again in a familiar format: LIVE.
